It's important that we meet with you initially to discuss your plans and ensure that you feel confident with us and our abilities.

We are happy to work with your Architect or Designer, or we can suggest some companies we work with if you need any recommendations.

During our initial meeting we will discuss building timelines, the building consent process, the pitfalls surrounding renovations and additions. If you have concept designs we can discuss these along with your ideas, we can then offer suggestions / improvements or more cost effective ways of working to meet your building needs.

Due to the unforeseen nature of renovating, we recommend allowing a contingency plan of 10%-15% of the overall cost. Additional costs can arise when walls are removed to expose rotten timber or leaks. Alterations to plans can require extra paperwork to Council.

 

We are based in West Auckland but are available for building projects Auckland wide, including Ponsonby, Remuera, Glen Innes, Sandringham and Herne Bay.
